Theodore Ngah has extensive experience in product and technology development within the adhesive and materials industries. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Product & Technology Development Engineer at Bemis Associates Inc. since April 2006, Theodore leads a versatile R&D team, providing expert technical advice to market leaders. Previous positions include Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer at Bemis Associates, where efforts focused on delivering innovative solutions and managing project teams. Prior to Bemis, Theodore worked as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer at Tech-Etch Inc., optimizing photochemical machining processes, and as an intern at Pliant Corporation, where the design of blown films was a key responsibility. Theodore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
