Drew Vettel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as the Product Development Engineering Manager at Bemis Manufacturing Company since August 2022, Drew leads a team in innovation processes. Previously, Drew held various leadership roles at Kohler Co. spanning over 15 years, including Sr. NPD Team Lead for Kitchen & Bath and founding member of Kohler WasteLAB. Other notable experiences include Engineering Manager at Regal Rexnord, where Drew drove new product development efforts, and ownership of The Hoppy Paddock as an Airbnb super host. Drew holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
