Jeff Weiss has extensive work experience in engineering and product development. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation and Product Development at Bemis Manufacturing Company since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Kohler Power Systems as the Director of Engineering from April 2013 to August 2020. Before that, Jeff had a long tenure at Gardner Denver, where they held various roles including North American Engineering Manager, Product Engineering Team Manager, and Project Engineer. Jeff managed multiple functions related to new product development, design, product optimization, and engineering lab activities. Jeff also had experience in manufacturing engineering and was a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jeff Weiss earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Jeff further pursued higher education at the same institution from 1996 to 2001 and obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Management.
