Joanne Brandes

JoAnne Brandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. As the Founder and Co-President of the Center for Leadership Excellence since 2009, JoAnne has also served as an Outside Board Director for various organizations, including Highlights for Children, Bemis Manufacturing Company, and Andersen Windows. JoAnne's previous roles include significant leadership positions at First Business Bank - Milwaukee, Fuse Science, Inc., Metrix, and Optique Capital Funds. JoAnne's career began at JohnsonDiversey, Inc., where significant contributions were made as Executive Vice President, CAO, General Counsel, and Secretary over a 26-year tenure. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
