Kimberly Eibs, MBA, CPIM, LSSBB, currently serves as Sourcing & Purchasing Manager and previously held the role of Strategic Sourcing Category Manager at Bemis Manufacturing Company since May 2022. Eibs has extensive experience in procurement, having worked as Strategic Sourcing Buyer III at Johnson Controls from April 2021 to May 2022 and in various roles at Bemis Manufacturing Company from 2012 to 2021, where responsibilities included developing global sourcing strategies and managing supply agreements to enhance cost efficiency. Eibs also spent five years at Pentair Water Purification as Strategic Commodity Manager and Senior Buyer, leading cross-functional teams and implementing long-term strategies, along with a role as Distribution Planner at Wacker Neuson Corporation. Kimberly Eibs holds an MBA in Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
