Michael Nowakowski

Michael Nowakowski is an experienced production and quality management professional with a robust background in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Production Manager and previously as Quality Engineer at Bemis Manufacturing Company since October 2021, Michael has honed expertise through roles at Oshkosh Defense from January 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included supervising multiple departments and overseeing the production of specialized vehicles. Early experience at Pierce Manufacturing involved operations management and implementing organizational systems to enhance production efficiency. Additionally, Michael gained hands-on experience as an Arborist and Snow Removal Expert at American Landscape and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Operations/Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
