Mike Rowell

Mike Rowell serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Ben E. Keith Company since November 2013, overseeing Human Resources, Information Technology, and Enterprise Risk functions, and is an active Board Member. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and VP of Human Resources at Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed senior HR leadership for various operational divisions and global labor relations. Additional experience includes Director positions at Unisource Worldwide and Russell Athletic, managing compensation, benefits, and HRIS activities, as well as a Manager role at BE&K. Mike Rowell holds a BS in Industrial Management from The University of Alabama, an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a degree from the Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
