Ivon Ruiz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail and project management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Ben & Frank since October 2021, Ivon previously held the position of Regional Retail Supervisor at Diltex Brands from June 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Mansion del Fuego Nuevo and Training Facilitator at Grupo Julio. Ivon spent seven years at Starbucks Mexico, culminating in the role of Head Manager from January 2010 to January 2017. Academically, Ivon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Insurgentes, S.C., and is pursuing a Licentiate degree in Psychology at Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C.
