Fern Smith

Fern Smith has extensive experience in brand management and marketing, currently serving as the Innovation Delivery Manager at Ben & Jerry's since July 2019. Prior to this role, Fern held the position of Assistant Brand Manager at Unilever in the Beauty & Personal Care division and worked as Brand Manager at both Treasury Wine Estates and Nestle S.A. Earlier career stages included an Assistant Brand Manager role at Kerry Foods and a Marketing Executive position at Hasbro. Fern holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc hons) in Management (Marketing) from The University of Manchester and completed a Mini MBA through Marketing Week in 2017.
