Erin G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erin started as a Computer Consultant at Indiana University Bloomington in 2004 and later worked as a Graphic Designer for Author Solutions, LLC from 2006 to 2009. Erin then joined WTIU-TV (PBS) as a Production Intern in 2010. In 2009, Erin became an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, where they taught classes in the telecommunications department.
Erin's career took a shift towards digital media and talent management when they joined Maker Studios Inc in 2012. Erin held various roles at Maker Studios, including Data Entry Assistant, Channel Integration Specialist (CMS), Network Development Specialist for the RPM Network, and Audience Strategist for the Polaris Network. In these positions, Erin managed gaming channels, executed branded entertainment deals, provided optimization support, and served as a company advocate.
In 2015, Erin joined The Walt Disney Company as a Talent Strategy Manager for Talent Franchise, overseeing the talent management needs of Maker Studios and The Walt Disney Company's gaming creators and YouTube talent. Erin negotiated rates, scheduled public appearances, and organized book publishing deals.
Erin continued their work at The Walt Disney Company as a Talent Strategist for Disney Digital Network from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they managed post-sales marketing campaigns for various Disney releases, collaborated with sales on content strategy, negotiated contracts, handled asset delivery, and tracked social performance.
In 2019, Erin worked as a Senior Network Manager at StyleHaul, Inc., where they managed creators in the men's lifestyle and gaming vertical. Erin provided social data feedback, developed ancillary projects for talent, and identified influencers for RFPs.
Most recently, Erin joined BEN (Branded Entertainment Network) in 2020. Erin currently serves as the Associate Director of Content Engineering & Partnerships.
Erin G. completed their education in the field of telecommunications at Indiana University Bloomington. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications with a focus on Communications & Culture, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005. Erin furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, Erin also acquired a certification in YouTube Audience Development from YouTube.
