Rick Cromar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rick currently works at BENlabs as the Director of Strategic Accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Pianist and Composer at Creative Lullaby, where they specialized in creating soothing lullaby-style music. Before that, they held roles at LiveView Technologies, Vivos Institute, NorthStar Home, EuroCAST Cookware, Traeger Inc., Little Giant Ladder Systems, StoresOnline, and BESTAgency.

Rick Cromar, MSML CSE®, has an extensive education history reflecting their commitment to continuous learning. Rick started their educational journey by obtaining an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Salt Lake Community College in the years 2000-2004. In the same period, they also pursued General Studies at Utah Valley University.

Later, Rick pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sales and Sales Management, which they obtained from Western Governors University between 2011 and 2014. Building on their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University between 2020 and 2022, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

Rick is not only dedicated to formal education but has also gained several certifications in various areas. Rick obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy and in Supervised Learning with Neural Networks from LinkedIn in August 2023. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications from Google in August 2023, including Attention Mechanism, Encoder-Decoder Architecture, Introduction to Generative AI, Introduction to Generative AI Studio, Introduction to Image Generation, Introduction to Large Language Models, and Introduction to Responsible AI.
