In their current role as SVP of Operations at BENlabs, a global leader in Influencer Marketing, they direct full-funnel brand content programs and oversees operations across multiple regions. Prior to this, Scott held various leadership roles at NewsBank, where they served as VP of Product & Customer Experience and Director of Call Center Operations. At NewsBank, they led product strategy and vision, as well as successfully launched and scaled call center operations. Additionally, Scott has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and held positions at FamilyLink.com, Pitney Bowes, Inc., Ancestry, and Convergys Corp.
