Kelly Coleman

Kelly Coleman has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at Benbow Historic Inn since June 2022. Previous roles include Processing Manager at Humboldt Farms and various management positions at Henry's Original, overseeing operations and product creation. Kelly also held leading service roles at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine and P.F. Chang's. Notably, Kelly operated Mountain View Farm, a medical cannabis enterprise, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
