Regina Aiello

Regina Aiello has a diverse work experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong focus on sales and management roles. Regina started their career in 1991 as a Sales Associate/Assistant Manager at Ben Bridge Jeweler Northgate Mall and progressively worked their way up the company. Regina held various managerial positions at different locations, including Manager Anchorage Alaska, Manager Northgate, and Manager Alderwood. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a District Manager for Pandora, which was owned and operated by Ben Bridge Jeweler. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President Sales and Training Pandora, a position they held until 2022 when they became the Vice President of Sales Innovation and Business Partnerships for Ben Bridge Jeweler.
