Frank Schulze

Frank Schulze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and real estate investment. Currently serving as Vice President at Bencer Project Management Shanghai Co., Ltd. since March 2009, Frank has contributed to the firm’s reputation as a leading German project management, engineering, and construction company in China, specializing in industrial buildings. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Associate Director of Real Estate Investment at CBRE from May 2007 to July 2008, and served as Real Estate Investment Manager at Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH from September 2002 to March 2007, a prominent firm in real estate investment in Germany. Frank holds a Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. in Business Economics and Civil Engineering from Leipzig University, complemented by academic experiences at Binghamton University.
