Andrew Sielen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew is currently the Head of Marketing Operations at Benchling, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Blend from 2017 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Demand Marketing & Marketing Operations, Demand Gen & Marketing Operations Group Lead, and Business/Marketing Operations.
Before their time at Blend, Andrew was the Senior Manager of Demand Gen and Marketing Operations at Testlio in 2017 and the Marketing Operations and Demand Gen Manager at ScribbleLive from 2016 to 2017.
Andrew also worked as a Marketing Operations Manager at Visually in 2015, as well as at Thismoment, Inc as a Marketing Operations and Demand Gen professional in 2014 and a Marketing Associate in 2013.
Earlier in their career, Andrew gained experience as a Wholesale Account Manager at Pangea Home in 2012 and as a Brick Specialist at LEGO Group from 2011 to 2012.
Andrew began their professional journey as a Special Education College Aide at Long Beach Polytechnic High School in 2007 and later worked as a Media Technician at Long Beach City College from 2005 to 2007.
Andrew Sielen received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (International Business) from USC Marshall School of Business, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they participated in a Business Exchange Program at Alliance Manchester Business School. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Long Beach City College between 2005 and 2008. In 2014, they pursued Marketing Analytics at UC Berkeley Extension. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase in 2020, Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder from Salesforce in 2018, and Marketo Certified Expert from Marketo in 2015.
