Hilary Newman has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Hilary is currently the Head of Customer Support at Benchling, where they are responsible for scaling and driving the operational effectiveness of the global customer and technical support organization. In their previous role at Innovative Interfaces, Hilary served as the Senior VP of Global Technical Support and later as the Senior VP of Customer Support and Success.
