Nishant Neel currently serves as the Lead for Partner Programs and has held multiple leadership roles at Benchling since July 2015, including Head of New Services Incubation and Regional Lead for Europe Professional Services. Nishant launched Benchling's initial implementation, support, and customer success functions, and was the first commercial hire, contributing to go-to-market strategies. Prior experience includes co-founding Drop Diagnostics, focusing on a diagnostic device for small blood volume analysis, mentoring at First Round Fast Track, and working as a Research Associate at Issadore Microfluidics Lab, alongside providing engineering and business strategy support at Adamant Technologies. Nishant holds a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
