Tiffany Wu

Tiffany Wu is an experienced professional with a strong background in implementation management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Benchling since April 2019, following roles as Implementation Manager, Implementation Consultant, and Customer Success Associate. Prior to Benchling, Tiffany held the position of Outsourcing Coordinator at Genentech for several months in late 2018. Tiffany's experience also includes a role as Community Outreach Program Coordinator at Stanford University School of Medicine and an academic foundation as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where contributions involved the development of fluorescent RNA biosensors. Additionally, Tiffany demonstrated leadership skills as President of the Volunteer Health Interpreters Organization and served various roles in organic chemistry education at the University of California, Berkeley.
