Joel Kershaw

Joel Kershaw possesses extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BENCHMADE since October 2015. Kershaw has held multiple leadership roles at BENCHMADE, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing, and Senior Manufacturing Manager. Prior to this, Kershaw worked at ESCO Corporation from 2004 to 2015, where positions held included Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Team Leader. Joel Kershaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
