Rich Cardillo has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Rich started their career at Xerographix West Inc in 1992 as the President and served in that position until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Rich worked as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at ICX Global, Inc. Following this, they founded their own company, 360 Sales Advantage, where they served as the President for twelve years until 2018. Currently, Rich holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at Benchmark Business Solutions, the largest Xerox Platinum Dealer in Texas and New Mexico.

Rich Cardillo earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Rich attended the school from 1983 to 1985.
