Diego Serrano

Diego Serrano has extensive work experience at Benchmark Gensuite and Gensuite. At Benchmark Gensuite, they are currently serving as the Senior Product Development Manager for Product Development & Delivery. In this role, their responsibilities include driving the development and improvement of current processes across all groups within the company. Diego has been with the company since July 2010. Prior to their current position, Diego held the role of Senior Product Developer, where they contributed to the development and enhancement of various applications. Diego built a Project Tracker application and an Outage utility that helped streamline internal processes. At Gensuite, Diego was a Senior Product Developer and a leader in the Auditing and Compliance group. Diego worked on multiple projects and applications such as Audit Planner, Audit Assistant, Action Tracking System, and Compliance Calendar. Diego's expertise includes skills in ColdFusion, Bootstrap, SQL, JavaScript, and jQuery Library. Diego has demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork abilities, contributing to the successful completion of projects and the achievement of revenue goals set by the company.

Diego Serrano obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidad de Guadalajara, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they have also completed several certification courses, including "Curso de Java SE Persistencia de Datos" from Platzi, which they obtained in December 2022, and "Curso de Backend con Node.js: API REST con Express.js" and "Curso de Backend con Node.js: Base de Datos con PostgreSQL" from Platzi, both of which they obtained in December 2021.
