Jeremy Garner has over 17 years of experience in the software and technology industry. Jeremy began their career as an Implementation Consultant at Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions in July 2004. In this role, they worked until February 2008.
In April 2008, Jeremy joined Benchmark Gensuite as a Lead Business Analyst. Jeremy held this position until September 2011 when they became the Leader of Service Delivery. Jeremy then advanced to the role of Director of Customer Service in November 2013 and held this position until April 2017.
From April 2017 until January 2021, Jeremy served as the Senior Director of Customer Service at Benchmark Gensuite. In this role, they managed a global Subscriber Relationship Management team to drive engagement and satisfaction among subscribers. Jeremy then progressed to the position of Senior Director of Subscriber Services in April 2017 and was later promoted to Associate Vice President in August 2021. In their current role, Jeremy is responsible for coaching and mentoring the Subscriber Relationship Management team to enhance subscriber engagement, growth, and satisfaction at Benchmark Gensuite.
Jeremy Garner attended Miami University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
