Natasha Porter has had extensive work experience throughout their career. Natasha started in GE in 1998, where they held various roles in compliance assurance, inspection and repair, and digitization. In 2010, they joined Gensuite LLC as an Executive Vice President and Customer Development Officer, and remained with the company until 2020. During their time at Gensuite, they also served as the EVP and Customer Development Officer. In 2019, they joined The Johns Hopkins University as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Leadership Education. Currently, Natasha Porter is the Chief Customer Officer at Benchmark Gensuite®, a position they have held since 2021.

Natasha Porter pursued their undergraduate degree at The Johns Hopkins University from 1994 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a major in Environmental Engineering as a minor field of study. Following their undergraduate studies, Natasha continued their education at The Johns Hopkins University from 1997 to 1998. During this period, they earned a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Economics, with a focus on Environmental Management.
