Mike Solano

Mike Solano has extensive work experience in the operations and project management field. Mike is currently the Director of Project Management at Benchmark Education Company. Prior to that, they held various roles at News America Marketing, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of FSI Operations and Security. In these roles, they oversaw manufacturing, layouts, pre-press, quality, distribution, and physical security of millions of FSI's per week. Mike also managed a significant manufacturing budget and led teams responsible for paper buying, inventory management, layout, and print production. Additionally, Mike has experience as a Director and Manager in the layouts department, where they developed internal controls and processes to ensure production efficiency and client satisfaction.

Mike Solano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management from Iona University. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: "Job Search Strategies" and "Recovering from a Layoff" from LinkedIn in March 2019.
