Adam Moya is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Currently at Benchmark since July 2020, Moya has successfully led business development efforts for a $500M/year sector, managing significant global accounts and closing over $600M in new programs. Previously, Moya served as General Manager and Senior Product Director at Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing a $400M/year unit and achieving substantial growth while streamlining operations. Additional roles include leading product technology marketing at STATS ChipPAC and technical program management at Orient Semiconductor Electronics and Motorola. Moya holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Materials Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
