Jana Pejcinovska

Jana Pejcinovska is an experienced professional in project leadership and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Project Leader and Manufacturing Engineers Team Leader for New Product Introduction (NPI) at Benchmark Electronics, Inc. since June 2013. With a focus on large and complex NPI projects, Jana specializes in coordinating manufacturing engineering teams to meet the needs of both internal and external clients. Previous experience includes roles as a researcher at HAN Lean - QRM Centrum, implementation project responsibilities at Bosch Scharnieren en Metaal B.V., and significant project management roles at SIFEXS. Jana holds an MSc in Technology Management from the University of Groningen and a BSc in Telecommunication and Electronics from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
