Jeff Rodgers

Jeff Rodgers currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Benchmark, a role held since December 2023, where Jeff also leads business development efforts in the Americas region. Prior experience includes positions at Flex from March 2014 to November 2023, where Jeff advanced from Sr. Director to Head of Business Development, achieving significant global market share growth and developing strategic partnerships. Earlier roles at Innovative-IDM and United American Insurance involved securing and expanding high-value accounts and mentoring new sales staff. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.
