Kimberly Rodefeld, CPIM, has extensive experience in project management and operations, particularly in data analytics and materials management at Benchmark, where a career spanning from August 1999 to the present includes roles such as Project Manager in the Data Analytics PMO, Materials Manager, and Site Project Manager overseeing an ERP upgrade. Additional positions held at Benchmark include Lean/Six Sigma Site Manager, Traffic Manager/Senior Operations Supervisor, and Master Scheduler/Production Control Supervisor. Prior to Benchmark, Kimberly served as a Software Consultant at Keane, Inc., and as an Assistant Court Coordinator for Brazos County Court of Law #2 during a college internship. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, with expected completion in 2024, and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in 2013.
