Nazila Ahmadzadeh-Dehghan

Nazila Ahmadzadeh-Dehghan is a seasoned information technology and cybersecurity professional with extensive leadership experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Benchmark since June 2025, Nazila previously held positions at Footprint as VP of Information Technology & Security, where responsibilities included creating the IT and cybersecurity organization and establishing strategic roadmaps for operational excellence. In prior roles, Nazila successfully built global cybersecurity organizations, managed significant cybersecurity budgets, and implemented critical policies and technologies at TPI Composites, Inc., Charles Schwab, and Honeywell, contributing to enhanced compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies. Nazila holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
