Tamara Boyd

Tamara Boyd is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in program and project management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Benchmark since January 2007, Tamara has previously held significant roles including Director of the Program Management Office. Prior to Benchmark, experience includes a tenure at Pemstar as Director of Project Management and Senior Engineering Program Manager, and at IBM in the Server Division as Senior Manager. Early career experience features positions at Western Digital as Engineering Manager for Electronics Design and at IBM in various roles within the Storage Systems Division. Tamara holds an MBA in Business from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
