Venkatesh Jalendiran

Venkatesh Jalendiran has over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles. Venkatesh is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Benchmark Estimating Software, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Quality Assurance Manager at the same company starting in November 2015. Before joining Benchmark Estimating Software, Venkatesh worked at Common Wealth Bank of Australia (through HCL Australia) as a Project Manager/Test Manager from June 2014 to October 2015. Venkatesh was responsible for system testing, SIT, and end-to-end testing delivery, with expertise in agile service delivery and establishing effective relationships with stakeholders. Venkatesh also has experience at Westpac Group (BT Financial Group) as a Test Manager/Team Lead from August 2006 to June 2014, overseeing SIT testing and end-to-end testing deliverables. In addition, they worked at iSOFT as a Quality Engineer from November 2004 to August 2006, where they prepared software test plans and analyzed project requirements.

Venkatesh Jalendiran completed their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in the field of computer science at Periyar University from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Venkatesh has obtained several certifications. In January 2009, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification. Venkatesh also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification in January 2017. In February 2018, Venkatesh completed the "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" course from LinkedIn.
