Andrew Cox

Andrew Cox is currently serving as the VP Subscriber Engagement at Benchmark Digital Partners LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held the title of VP of Customer Service at Gensuite LLC for almost two decades. Starting at Gensuite in 2001 as a Service Lead, Andrew has a solid background in customer service and engagement. Andrew completed their education at Northern Kentucky University in 2001.
