Derek Avdul

Derek Avdul currently serves as Managing Partner at Benchmark International, where the firm provides innovative solutions for middle market and lower middle market businesses. With extensive experience in corporate development, Derek held previous titles including Vice President of Corporate Development at NVISION Eye Centers and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Acuity Eye Group, both leaders in ophthalmology services. Additionally, Derek has a background in mergers and acquisitions as Director of Business Development & M&A at PSI Services LLC and Director of Investment Banking at Woodbridge International. Earlier in the career, Derek served as Vice President at Sony New Media Solutions and Director of Business Operations & Finance at Midwest Total Systems. Derek holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.
