Mike Nichols has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mike started their career as a Sales Associate-On Site at Gemcraft Homes and M/I Home in the late 1980s. Mike then worked as a Managing Broker/Sales Associate at Construction Associates, Inc. from 1990 to 1993. In 1994, they established their own real estate company, Mike Nichols Realty, where they worked as the Broker/Owner until 2000.

From 2000 to 2007, they served as the Principal Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty. Mike then worked as a Broker at Fridrich and Clark Realty, LLC from 2007 to 2008, followed by a position as Principal Broker at Zeitlin & Co., Realtors from 2008 to 2012.

Since 2012, Mike has been affiliated with Benchmark Realty, LLC, where they initially worked as a Broker from 2012 to 2013, and later became the Principal Broker.

In addition to their roles in the real estate industry, Mike has also been involved with the Greater Nashville REALTORS®. Mike started as a Board Member in 2000 and served as the President of the association in 2009. As President, they were responsible for representing the association in media and overseeing various events and community involvement.

Mike Nichols attended Belmont University from 1982 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Music Business. Prior to that, they attended Jones College from 1979 to 1981, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study from that institution. Additionally, they attended the Transit Citizen Leadership Academy, but the years and field of study are not provided.
