Jessika Ortiz

Jessika Ortiz is a data entry specialist currently at Benchmark Research since November 2022, with prior experience as an Administrative Assistant III for the Texas Department of State Health Services in the Emerging and Acute Infectious Disease Unit and as an Admin Assistant II in the DSHS Laboratory Services Section. In these roles, Jessika performed complex data entry and supported safety initiatives. Previously, Jessika led a data clerk team at Tri-County Health Department and coordinated Covid-19 safety measures as a screener at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, Jessika has experience as a certified Pilates instructor and as an assistant manager at Pacific Sunwear, where responsibilities included managing operations and sales. Jessika holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach.
