Patti Caulfield

Patti Caulfield serves as the Global Sales Manager for the Northeast at Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing group travel programs for a portfolio of over 220 hotel, conference center, and resort destinations. Prior to this role, Patti was a Sales Manager at the Edith Macy Center, focused on creating exceptional experiences for corporate and non-profit organizations at a private conference center. Since November 2015, Patti has also held the position of Sales Manager at the Edith Macy Conference Center, promoting it as a serene retreat for successful meetings. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter for Rooms Unlimited from March 1998 to April 2002 and various sales positions at Prime Hospitality from June 1989 to March 1998, where lead generation and closing business were key focuses. Patti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Niagara University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
