Thomas Chichak Pta

Thomas Chichak, PTA, BS, CI, is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant currently employed at Benchmark Therapies, Inc. since August 2017 and Functional Pathways since May 2021. Chichak has a strong background in managing patient caseloads, adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. In addition to physical therapy expertise, Chichak has significant experience in asset protection since 2017, training staff in loss prevention and preparing case reports for legal proceedings. Previous roles include assisting in various physical therapy settings and performing internships in skilled nursing and outpatient facilities. Thomas holds an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Johnson College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Keystone College.
