Traci Bell

Traci Bell serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Benchmark Mortgage since July 2017, where leadership involves collaboration with executive leaders to enhance business growth. Previously, Traci held the role of Vice President of HR at Xome, a subsidiary of Mr. Cooper, from March 2014 to June 2017, and at Retreat Capital Management from May 2012 to March 2014, providing HR leadership to companies in the mortgage industry. Traci's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at the University of North Texas and various positions at Allstate Insurance Company, including Field Sales Leader and HR Division Manager, covering a range of HR responsibilities. Traci began a career in HR as an Operations Supervisor and HR Recruiter at Six Flags Theme Parks between 1993 and 1996. Traci holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas.
