Susan Searle

Susan Searle is the current Director at Benchmark. Prior to this, they were the Non Exec Chair at Mercia Asset Management PLC from December 2014 to June 2019.

Searle has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having also served as a Non Executive Director at QinetiQ plc. Susan is focused on creating and developing companies which combine technology and service provision, are rich in intellectual property, are scalable and require relatively modest capital infusion.

Susan Searle majored in Chemistry at the University of Oxford and then went on to teach at Brunts Comprehensive School.
