Michael Mac Williams has extensive experience in client services, promotions, and game day operations within the sports industry. At Lancaster Stormers, Michael serves as the Client Services & Promotions Coordinator from November 2023 to June 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was involved in Game Day Operations with the New York Jets and the Sussex County Miners, where responsibilities included fan engagement and event preparations. Michael also gained marketing experience as an intern at Harris County - Houston Sports Authority. In addition, Michael led a team at Homeplate & Catering, managing high-volume catering operations for events at a New York Yankees Double-A affiliate. Currently, Michael is the Community Manager at Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle since June 2025.
