Michelle Leaf, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently, Michelle serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Nautical - Benchmark Global Hospitality since September 2019, while also holding the position of Human Resources Manager at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Michelle spent nearly three decades at St. Joseph Health System and St. Jude Medical Center, taking on various HR leadership positions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
