Mimi Lopez

Mimi Lopez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and events management. Mimi is currently the Director of Sales and Events at the David Rubenstein Forum at the University of Chicago, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Catering and Convention Services at The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Chicago from July 2019 to March 2020.
