Karen Grigg

Karen Grigg has extensive experience in the kitchen and joinery industry, holding various roles including Branch Manager, Showroom Manager, Implant Branch Manager, and Kitchen Designer at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery since May 2011. In addition to managerial responsibilities, Karen has been a volunteer with Shout UK since March 2025, providing confidential emotional support through a text service. Educationally, Karen is pursuing a BSc in Psychology with Counselling at The Open University and has completed various courses, including a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Social Care, and is enrolled in a Master's program in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the University of Nottingham, set to conclude in June 2027. Previous academic qualifications include a BSc in Geography from the University of Greenwich.
