Magdalena Matwiej has a wealth of experience in customer service and support. Magdalena began their career in 2008 as an Office Manager Assistant/Sales Consultant at Polish TV Chicago. In 2011, they joined Textura Corporation as a SaaS Customer Service Representative, and was later promoted to Senior SaaS Customer Service Representative and SaaS Client Services Manager. In 2016, they moved to Oracle as a SaaS Call Center Manager. In 2018, they were hired as the Director of Customer Experience at Scout Exchange, and in 2020 they became the Manager of Customer Support at BenchPrep.
Magdalena Matwiej obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2008. In November 2022, they earned the HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) Certificate from HDI.
