Venkat M. has worked in the IT industry for over 9 years. In 2019, they began working as an IT Lead, DevOps/SRE at BenchPrep, where they supervised and led the DevOps/SRE team. Venkat also had hands-on experience and was responsible for day-to-day operations. Venkat designed and architected cloud infrastructure in IBMCloud and AWS.

Prior to this, Venkat M. worked at United Airlines from 2010 to 2019. During this time, they worked as a Sr Engineer -OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes, Sr MiddleWare/Paas/CaaS/DevOps Engineer, Sr MiddleWare Engineer, and Ecommerce MiddleWare Engineer. Venkat was responsible for cloud and on-premises architecture and administration of container technology, installing and configuring Redhat OpenShift cluster using Ansible scripts, and performing Middleware Administrator role for a 3 billion revenue website. Venkat also had expertise in WebLogic Server Administration for Production, Development, Staging, and QA environments.

Venkat M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. Venkat has also obtained various certifications, including GitOps Certified for ArgoCD from Codefresh in September 2022, Oracle Certified Expert WebLogic Server 10 g System Administrator from Oracle in March 2010, KCNA: Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate from Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) in December 2022, CKS: Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist from The Linux Foundation in December 2021, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in December 2020, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) in March 2020, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator from CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation] in March 2020.
