Victoria Hipolito, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in scientific solutions, enterprise scientific liaisons, and scientific research. Victoria is currently serving as the Lead of Scientific Solutions at BenchSci, where they oversee the support of global pharmaceutical customers and aligns product offerings to address client needs. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Enterprise Scientific Liaisons at BenchSci, scaling a team to support customer lifecycle and streamlining engagement programs for increased user adoption. Victoria also served as a Scientific Liaison at BenchSci before assuming a managerial role.

Victoria Hipolito, PhD pursued their education at Ryerson University. Victoria completed their Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from 2010 to 2014. Later, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Science between 2014 and 2019.
