Christine Noffz

Christine Noffz, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development. As the Founder of BenchStrength Coaching, LLC since December 2017, Christine focuses on cultivating a diverse pipeline of candidates for leadership roles. Additionally, Christine has been the Owner of Christine Noffz Coaching & Consulting since October 2014, providing services to Fortune 500 companies and organizations in the U.S. and Australia, specializing in emotional intelligence, authentic leadership, and change management. Previously, Christine held various roles at SESLOC Federal Credit Union from 1991 to 2015, ultimately serving as Vice President of Branch Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing branch operations and mentoring staff. Christine began their career at Santa Barbara Savings & Loan, where rapid advancement showcased exceptional customer service and operational skills. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership from Capella University and an Advanced Leadership Development Certificate from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
