Mary Mennell

Mary Mennell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a Mentor/Coach for BenchStrength Coaching, LLC since February 2020, Mary provides mentor-coaching services for the Women Rising© Program, addressing unique leadership challenges faced by women in the workplace. As the President of Mennell Enterprises, LLC since September 2016, Mary focuses on transitional coaching and leadership development, emphasizing diversity in executive roles. Previously, Mary held various positions at Westfield Insurance from September 2004 to December 2017, including Executive Coach and HR Leader, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and the development of internal coaching capabilities. Mary holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Certified Hudson Coach, specializing in Leadership and Transition Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
