Paula Sarmiento is a skilled recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various companies. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Benco Dental since February 2023, Paula partners with hiring managers and the Culture & People Team to source and screen qualified candidates for open positions. Previously, as a Technical Recruiter at INDIGO Tech Recruiters from March 2022 to January 2023, Paula engaged with clients to clarify hiring expectations, planned recruiting strategies, and ensured a high level of professionalism and care for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
